In this Interactive Online Learning Resource, early years’ professionals will explore the foundational principles of “How Does Learning Happen?” to build and strengthen our early years’ community and re-imagine our role in supporting children, families, and community through pedagogical environments, experiences, and interactions.

Resource Description

This resource includes five modules; Introduction, Belonging, Well Being, Engagement and Expression. Each module highlights essential content from “How Does Learning Happen?” through text and video, offers reflective exercises, and engagement activities. It has not been designed to be completed in a sequential way. We invite you to move through the modules in any way that works best for you. feel free to jump around through content, revisit and repeat content that requires additional exploration. Please use this resource in multiple ways, individually, with a few colleagues, or the entire team. We invite you to unpack, discuss and make meaning of these concepts. We hope you will enjoy exploring this important information through this new and exciting way.
